Project Description
This home makes the most of its location, with a strong focal point facing the sun and the view. Following a recommendation from a previous AJ Homes client, this customer came to us with a house plan showing the size and style that they wanted. We helped them customize the design to suit their site.
The residence features a large roofed outdoor entertaining area, has 4 good-sized bedrooms, a 3 car garage, higher ceilings and large front-facing windows. This client asked AJ Homes to build the base house, and then upgraded the interior specifications and fittings to suit their needs. The project involved close builder/client consultation throughout the build.
